1. To enter the Q Cuties contest. MUST BE 18 OR OLDER TO PARTICIPATE.
2. ONE GRAND PRIZE WINNER WILL GET a prize package valued at $250 from Flower Lily, a new children’s boutique opening in Clarksville.
3. To enter, you must submit a photo of one baby/child by logging on to our website at www.q108.com. Registration will end at 11:59pm on August 21, 2011.
4. Following the registration period, the voting phase of the contest will begin.
Voting Round 1 – August 22 through 11:59PM on September 4 (This will narrow the field to 40)
Voting Round 2 - 12:00AM on September 5 through 11:59PM on September 18 (This will narrow the field to 25)
Voting Round 3 – 12:00AM on September 19 through 11:59PM on October 2 (This will narrow the field to 10)
Final Voting Round – 12:00AM October 3 through 11:59PM on October 16 (This will determine the grand prize winner)
For any round, if there is a tie in the last position allowed to move on to the next round, all entries that are
tied will advance to the next round.
5. 1 winner will be announced on or about October 17, 2011.
6. One entry per person. One winner per family and household. The term family shall include spouses,
parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren, and co-habituating significant others. Winners may not win another prize from Q108 for a period of 90 days.
7. All entrants agree that their name, voice, photograph, video, character and likeness and entry may be used by Q108 for promotional purposes. Winner must waive any claim of royalty and right of remuneration for such use.
8. All winners assume financial obligations for state and federal taxes and all fees.
9. The contest is open to Kentucky and Tennessee residents who hold a valid article of state identification and are 18 years of age or older, with the exception of full or part time employees of SAGA Communications (which includes Q108), and their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, other radio stations, and members of their immediate families.
10. Q108 reserves the right to disqualify any winner if the contest rules have been violated in any way.
11. Q108 cannot be held liable and shall have no responsibility for failure to win or claim any prize based on delays, omissions, oversights, or failure of the US Postal Service or allegations of telephone, computer, or internet difficulties. In the case of a dispute, winner may be required to provide proof of registration.
12. As a licensee of the FCC and a trustee of the public airwaves, Q108 reserves the right to interrupt
and/or discontinue any contest or promotion (and not award the offered prize) at the discretion of Q108 management if world events, the national mood, or public safety so warrant.
13. No purchase necessary to participate of win. Void where prohibited by law. Decisions of Q108 are final.
14. In the event the winner is subject to or the subject of any order or legal process issued by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the affairs of the winner (e.g. garnishment, child support order, judgment, lien and the like), Q108’s delivery of the prize to the official representative of the governmental entity claiming a right to the prize shall be deemed to be the award of the prize to the winner. Q108 shall be entitled to rely in good faith upon any documents presented by the representatives seeking to collect the prize in lieu of the winner. Q108 shall not be liable for any claim by winner for damages incidental thereto.
