Grand Prize:
The grand prize consists of a gift certificates for Gaylord Opryland Resort's "Mom Prom & Family Affair" which includes 2-night room accomodations at Gaylord Opryland Resort on May 6 & 7; admission to the "Mom Prom" for mother and son(s) from 7:00pm to 8:00pm on May 7th; admission to the "My Heart Belongs to Daddy Dance" for Father and daughter(s) from 7:00pm to 8:00pm on May 7th; admission to the "Family Affair Dance" for the entire family from 8:00pm to 10:00pm on May 7th; souvenir photo; a ride on a Delta Riverboat inside the hotel; and milk and doughnuts family breakfast on Mother's Day with special gift for Mom on Mother's Day. Jewelry from McKenzie & Smiley jewelers. And, $100 each for Mother and Daughter compliments of Troy University.

Qualifying Methodology:
No purchase is necessary to enter to win. Subject to the limitations below, beginning April 18, 2011 Q108/WCVQ will conduct the “Q108’s Mother Daughter Look-a-Like”” contest. Starting on April 18th and continuing until Monday, April 25th, listeners are encouraged to enter the “Q108’s Mother Daughter Look-a-Like”” contest by submitting one or two photos featuring the mother and daughter. Photos can be submitted by logging on to our website at q108.com. On Tuesday, April 26th, the submission period will be over and listeners will be instructed to visit the website to cast their vote for the top photo. Each person can only vote once per day and may only vote for one contestant. The winner will be decided by the most votes on the website on Monday May 2nd and announced on Tuesday May 3rd. in case of a tie, the winner will be drawn from a random drawing from all tied contestants. The winner will be notified by a representative of Q108. Each contestant can only win once for the duration of the contest. You must be 18 to submit a photo.

This contest is open to Tennessee and Kentucky Residents who hold a valid form of photo identification, and are 18 years of age or older at time of contest play, with the exception of employees of Q108/WCVQ, the above sponsors, advertising agencies, affiliates, employees of other radio stations, and members of their immediate families. Only one qualifier is permitted per household and one qualifier per family is permitted for the duration of this contest. The term “family” includes spouses, parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren and co-habitating significant others. Q108/WCVQ reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if these contest rules have been violated in any way. By entering, each participant agrees that his or her voice, name, photograph, caricature and/or likeness may be used by Q108/WCVQ for promotional purposes. All qualifiers agree to provide Q108/WCVQ their name, address, phone number and social security number. Failure to supply required information makes contestant ineligible. This will ONLY be used for processing necessary information as it pertains to prizes. Prize winners agree to waive any claim of royalty, right of further remuneration for any such promotional use and agree not to appear on, or on behalf of, any other radio or television station for a period of six (6) months after acceptance of prize. Prize retail value (1099 value) is at least: US TBD retail. No purchase necessary. One valid entry per contestant.

You must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this contest. This contest is void where prohibited by law.

Winners will be notified by email. If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If WCVQ-FM cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, that prize will not be awarded.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Automated voting of any kind is not allowed. Detection of said automated voting will lead to votes being voided.

WCVQ-FM reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

WCVQ-FM reserves the right to restrict the local winners to only persons whose primary residence is within a 60 mile radius of the affiliate's' office.

Employees of WCVQ-FM, its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.

Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.

Entrants further grant to WCVQ-FM the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.

WCVQ-FM reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.

Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.

UPICKEM and WCVQ-FM are not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.

All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.

Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.

This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
