You must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this contest. This contest is void where prohibited by law. CONTEST WILL END ON 9/6/10.

No purchase is necessary to enter to win. Subject to the limitations below, beginning March 8, 2010, Q108 - WCVQ will conduct the “Q Cuties" contest. To enter the contest, a listener must submit a photo of their baby/child by logging on to our website at Q108.com. ALL SUBJECTS IN PHOTOS MUST BE FULLY-CLOTHED. Listeners will be instructed to visit the website to cast their vote for the top photo. Each person can only vote once per day. The winner will be decided by the most votes EACH WEEK on the website and will be selected each Monday at 12:00 noon. The winner will be notified by a representative of WCVQ. Each contestant can only win once for the duration of the contest. STARTING MARCH 8, 2010, VOTE COUNTS WILL BE RE-SET EACH MONDAY AT NOON TO ZERO, THEREFORE, VOTES WILL NOT CARRY OVER FROM WEEK TO WEEK. If there is a tie, station representatives will conduct a random drawing for the contestants that are tied to select that week's winner. If there is an issue with getting vote totals for a particular week, the winner will be selected by referring to the previous week's vote totals and selecting the second highest vote getter. Pictures may contain no more that 3 subjects.

Only one qualifier is permitted per household and one qualifier per family is permitted for the duration of this contest. The term “family” includes spouses, parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren and co-habitating significant others. Q108 - WCVQ reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if these contest rules have been violated in any way.

The weekly Prize includes a gift certificate for a FREE photo session and a FREE 8x10 from Yvonne Chamberlain Photography; and a gift certificate for a FREE manicure from Lyndon’s Salon & Spa. Prize value (1099 value) is at least: US $45.00 retail.

Winners will be notified by email. If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If Q108 - WCVQ cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, that prize will not be awarded.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Automated voting of any kind is not allowed. Detection of said automated voting will lead to votes being voided.

Q108 - WCVQ reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

Q108 - WCVQ reserves the right to restrict the local winners to only persons whose primary residence is in the states of Tennessee or Kentucky.

Employees of Q108 - WCVQ, its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.

Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.

Entrants further grant to Q108 - WCVQ the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.

Q108 - WCVQ reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.

Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.

UPICKEM and Q108 - WCVQ are not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.

All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.

Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.

This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
